Role Responsibilities
* Review English-to-Japanese translations for fluency, accuracy, and local relevance.
* Flag unnatural phrasing and suggest culturally appropriate alternatives.
* Assess AI-generated outputs for quality, tone, and context alignment.
* Provide written feedback on nuanced linguistic errors or ambiguities.
* Maintain consistency and attention to detail across multiple review tasks.
* Work independently and meet deadlines on a flexible schedule.
Qualifications
Must-Have
* Native-level fluency in Japanese and fluent English proficiency.
* Strong reading speed and comprehension in both languages.
* Demonstrated experience with translation review or linguistic QA.
* High attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines on a flexible schedule.
