Job Overview
The Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from advertising to onboarding.
They will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver timely, professional recruitment advice and support the development of fair and consistent hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of recruitment including advertising, screening, interviews, and reference checks
* Provide recruitment consultancy and advice to hiring managers and teams
* Ensure the effective onboarding of new employees into the organization
* Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and databases
* Prepare recruitment reports, briefing notes, and documentation to support business decisions
* Support continuous improvement of recruitment practices and contribute to wider organisational learning initiatives
