Customer Service Representative Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will be responsible for creating a positive impression and ensuring excellent customer service.
* Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner.
* Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
* Process cash and credit card sales accurately and efficiently.
In this role, you will also support the Sales and Operations teams with general administration tasks such as maintaining customer files and databases, booking inductions and courses, and coordinating mail and correspondence.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and 2-3 years of experience in an office environment. A current driver's license and Certificate III in Business Administration or experience with service-based accounting software are highly desirable.
