The Role:
- Responsible for the sales performance of the market segments, major product groups, and development and retention of new major clients in Sydney.
- Develop key relationships with customers to maximise account value and cross-selling opportunities.
- Target new and potential customers to ensure the achievement of new business targets.
- Achieve KPIs and sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Work closely with management to provide excellent customer service and retention.
- Experience with Type 1a Gallagher High Security Alarm Systems and other Electronic Security solutions (Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Class 5, etc.).
The Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Experience in the Electronic Security industry is mandatory.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to sell and cross-sell.
- iSales CRM experience is a bonus.
- Driver's license (mandatory).
- Security license (mandatory).
- Customer and sales-focused, passionate about making a positive difference for customers and the business.
