About The Role
Join the Grampians Health Quality team as our next Quality Administration Officer and play a key role in driving quality and improvement across the organisation. In this dynamic role, you'll work autonomously across the team, gaining exposure to all functions within GHQ and the wider organisation. Your ability to provide accurate data, reporting, and insights will support departments in delivering safe, high- quality care and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and coordinate initiatives to drive improvements in data quality across the GH systems
* Provide and distribute intelligence reports; monitoring trends, patterns and support the data quality audit programme
* Manage the production of responses to a variety of reporting requests
* Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re‑directing calls as required, and responding to email enquiries
* Provide administrative support to the GHQ team as required, including booking appointments, taking minutes, arranging events and organising travel
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated administrative support experience
* Relevant business administration qualification
* Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
* Working knowledge of key information systems used within healthcare such as RISKMAN, VHIMS, PROMPT2, IQRS
* Ability to collaborate and work as a team
