Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Registered Nurse, based in Bundaberg, QLD.
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering personalized healthcare services for clients.
Key responsibilities include creating care plans, monitoring patient progress, administering treatments, and providing guidance to clients and their families.
The role also involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support for clients.
Qualifications
Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Organizational and time management abilities to manage caseloads and maintain accurate documentation
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in diverse healthcare situations
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
Understanding of aged care and disability support services, including experience in care coordination
Valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
Certifications in CPR and First Aid, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
