We are seeking an HR professional to join our team in a 12 month fixed term contract.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide HR support to the HR Team, execute HR operational activities and people initiatives across the site, contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives, and support the end to end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR assistance as required (e.g. ER, training & development, recruitment and other administrative tasks);
* Support the execution of HR operational activities and people initiatives across the site;
* Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives;
* Support the full lifecycle recruitment process, including phone screening, interviews and onboarding;
* Support relationships with external recruitment agencies;
* Complete Global HR reports as required by various public/private bodies.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or related field;
* Strong computer literacy with experience in HRIS systems;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Teams, Outlook and Excel;
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to build effective working relationships;
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
