About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pipeline Flushing Supervisor to manage offshore mobilisation and execution activities for decommissioning, pigging, and pipeline flushing operations. This role ensures safe, efficient delivery of work scopes and compliance with all HSE requirements.
Key responsibility areas
* Oversee offshore site preparation, permits, and approvals.
* Manage subcontractors and multi-discipline teams during mobilisation and execution.
* Liaise with engineering during design phases to influence safe, cost-effective outcomes.
* Ensure timely reporting, quality documentation, and close-out of work packs.
* Maintain strong HSE leadership and compliance with Safety Case requirements.
About You
* Proven offshore supervision experience in oil & gas projects.
* Strong background in pipeline flushing and pigging activities.
* Ability to manage teams of trades and contractors in challenging environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Sound technical knowledge and ability to interpret engineering documentation.
