During Trade
Complete required actions for any safety incidents and hazards,
stock loss events, contractors, visitors, and PWRM
Monitor team performance and provide coaching where required
Attend customer queries and resolve escalations
Complete cash collections and banking as needed
Coordinate Store Refresh twice during the trading day
Conduct an afternoon team huddle and lead My Moves
Closing the Store
Coordinate Store Tidy task and ensure store is well presented
Conduct closing calls and lock the main entry at the end of trade
Check that safes, store keys and cash are secured
Perform a store walk and ensure all team, customers and visitors
have exited the premises and all external doors are locked
Exit, lock and alarm the store via the team entry door
Safety, Health & Wellbeing
Follow procedures outlined in the Emergency Management
Flipchart in the event of an emergency
Lead by example and maintain a safe store environment for team
and customers
Take swift action for any safety incidents, including providing Early
Care for injured team members
Action safety, health and wellbeing reporting via Pulse
Follow processes for managing contractors and visitors in store
Customer
Action customer queries and escalations
Review Voice of Customer feedback and action any required
customer contact, recognition and coaching opportunities
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $23.23 - $38.59 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
