You do need to:

About the job:
We are looking for a Gardener/Caretaker to join our crew.
Much of our work is done in teams of two with occasional solo shifts. We visit multiple properties per day. We work Monday to Friday only, between 7:00am and 4pm. Expect between hours work a week.
Responsibilities:
Working as a Care Crew Caretaker will involve:
* Using and maintaining power tools and garden machinery such as mowers, trimmers and blowers safely & effectively to look after the garden & grounds.
* Performing simple repairs and maintenance tasks such as replacing lightbulbs
* Observing and reporting any issues with the building or grounds
* Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, wiping and glass cleaning to maintain indoor common areas to a high standard.
* Working in a team to perform periodical cleaning and maintenance tasks such as deep cleaning tiles, washing walls, hedge trimming, lawn maintenance.
* Placing bins out for collection and bringing them in again
