We seek highly motivated graduates to join our two-year graduate program, becoming integral members of our rehabilitation consultancy team dedicated to supporting Australians in their return-to-work journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments to identify treatment and rehabilitation needs for workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries
* Perform comprehensive evaluations including initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics, and activities of daily living
* Administer specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate clients, encompassing audiometry, spirometry, and D&A testing
* Collaborate with clients to explore future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications, and interests
* Ensure effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward return-to-work goals
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business objectives
