We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in an office-based role. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels.

The successful candidate will have strong administration and accounts processing skills, with the ability to manage emails, phone calls, and assist with invoicing and sales. You will also be required to ensure compliance with industry and company policies.

In this role, you will interact confidently with customers and clients in person and over the phone, perform administrative tasks, and provide support to the team. To be successful, you will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, be well presented and punctual, and have unrestricted Australian work rights.

Salary: $37.52 per hour, plus penalty rates for weekends, public holidays, and overtime.
