We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Skills Trainer to join our team. The role is full-time, based in South Hedland.
About the Role
As a Skills Trainer you will work directly with job seekers to strengthen their employability and prepare them for the workforce. Your role will focus on delivering practical job-readiness activities, facilitating workshops, and providing hands-on support to help clients overcome barriers to employment.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people (both Indigenous and non-Indigenous) with competing needs.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Competent in Microsoft Office with the ability to grasp other IT programs/databases.
About You
* You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
* You will be able to provide guidance and support to clients who may be experiencing barriers to employment.
* You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
