Overview
Product Manager to lead the development of core admin and productivity capabilities that power the Go1 experience—managing users and groups, delivering contextual notifications, streamlining onboarding, and integrating with workplace productivity tools like Microsoft Teams and Slack.
You will own the strategy and execution of product areas critical to customer activation, engagement, and retention, working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to create seamless onboarding, intuitive user and group management, smart notifications, and deep integrations into the tools customers use every day.
Open to candidates on the East Coast of Australia.
This is a remote role.
Responsibilities
Strategy & roadmap: Define and execute the vision for admin efficiency capabilities, ensuring they scale across customer segments.
Onboarding & automation: Deliver onboarding, user and group management experiences and automation tools that reduce manual setup and accelerate time-to-value post-sales and provisioning.
Notification services: Improve email and in-app/workflow notification services to empower product teams to deliver targeted, contextual engagement for admins and learners, driving activation and retention.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with design, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Data-driven iteration: Use data and customer insights to inform prioritization, measure success, and continuously improve admin and productivity experiences.
Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience, ideally with SaaS platforms or B2B products.
Experience with admin tooling, notifications, or integrations is a plus.
Ecosystem thinker: Understand how products fit into a broader ecosystem and design solutions for complex, interconnected environments.
Customer-focused problem solver: Deliver meaningful, lasting value for customers—not just shipping features.
Collaborative & open: Work transparently and thrive in cross-functional environments.
Data-driven & outcome-oriented: Use data and customer insights to guide decisions, measure impact, and prioritize ruthlessly.
