This role supports the Director of Clinical Training in delivering high-quality education and training for junior doctors within Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service. You'll help design, implement, and evaluate programs that align with national standards and adult learning principles while supporting junior doctors with career development, wellbeing, and performance management, while assisting international graduates to adapt and thrive.

About the role:
The role is responsible for delivering and supporting educational programs for prevocational doctors (PGY1 and PGY2) and International Medical Graduates. This includes developing and evaluating training programs aligned with Australian Medical Council's National standards for National Framework for prevocational Medical Training (NFPMT), supporting the orientation, pastoral care, and career development of prevocational doctors, and collaborating with supervisors and stakeholders.
About you:
Possession of a bachelor's degree in education / adult education, or health or related discipline, or a professional clinical qualification with other formal qualifications in education and/or clinical teaching is mandatory.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $129,051 p.a. is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $52.16 - $57.04 p.h.
