The RoleMake a difference in our community
This position is responsible for coordinating the effective and efficient day to day operations of a community facility. The Centre Operations Officer must ensure the facility is responsive to community needs as well as provide a safe, secure, inclusive and welcoming environment for community members to meet and gather.
The Centre Operations Officer will ensure a community engagement focus underpins all aspects of operations and customer service.
Located on site this, role is also responsible for various facilities at different times.
About youYou will have demonstrated experience and a proven track record in:
* Proven ability to build strong collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders and community
* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and solve complex problems.
* Business acumen to maintain business systems, financial record keeping, budget management and safe work environment.
