* Medical or healthcare reception experience
* Experience using Best Practice (helpful, not essential). You won’t miss out on the job if you don’t know Best Practice already.
🩺 What you’ll be doing
* Creating a genuinely positive and safe patient experience
* Greeting patients warmly, in person and on the phone
* Booking and managing appointments
* Processing billing and receipts
* Emailing, scanning, faxing, and general admin
* Entering and managing patient details accurately
* Communicating clearly with the team when things get busy
* Working with leadership who will support your ideas for how we can improve and grow

* Health Support Services Level 3
* $35–$37 per hour (casual) (well above industry average)
* Performance-based pay review and bonus adjustment within the first 3 months
