We are currently seeking a driven and motivated individual with a focus to join our professional Permits Team based at our stunning Robina office on the Gold Coast. We are looking for a 'can‑do attitude' and an eye for detail. Responsibilities
* Order / Receive / Check / Follow up Soils, Surveys
* Issue Contract Tenders and Contract Drawings
* Order slab computations / structural computations
* Order acoustic reports
* Lodgment of all Developer Covenant Approvals
* Lodgment and receipting of all Council applications through our private certifiers
* Assist in the workflow and management of customer files within the department
* Receive and file digital surveys from third party providers
* Manage the acceptance of drafting/engineering documentation from external providers
* Manage the Permits Inbox daily

The successful candidate will have:
* Experience using database systems is an added advantage
* Achieve targets whilst maintaining a high standard of quality
* Ability to read and articulate building plans and specifications would be an advantage
* Well‑developed communication and time management/prioritization skills
* Intermediate Microsoft OUTLOOK, WORD and EXCEL computer skills
* Highly organised – ability to multi‑task and deal with a variety of activities
* A GREAT ATTITUDE
