Senior Associate is a highly skilled professional sought after for their expertise in Corporate & Commercial Law.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate with extensive knowledge of Contract Management and Mergers and Acquisitions to join our team.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including advice on Unfair Contract Terms.
* They will also have experience in supporting M&A transactions with IP, Technology, and Privacy expertise.
* An added advantage would be the ability to advise on the Privacy Act and draft related policies and documentation.
You will have 4+ years PQE experience in corporate & commercial practice with strong contracting experience. In addition, you will have:
* Experience in M&A transactions.
* Excellent writing and document preparation abilities.
* Strong analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.
