About the Role
Lifestyle Support Assistant / Personal Care Worker at Envigor we truly believe that "every moment has potential" to ensure that our clients live, and age well in their own homes.
We have over 10 years' experience as an approved provider in Home Care, Veteran's Community Nursing (DVA) and Disability Support (NDIS) specialising in older clients.

Responsibilities
* Personal Care: showering, dressing, medication, continence care
* Domestic assistance: meal preparation, laundry, light household cleaning
* Social support / Transportation: travelling to medical appointments, community access, providing companionship
* Assisting with aids: frames, wheelchairs, hoists, slide sheets, hearing aids, etc.
* Monitoring the overall wellbeing of clients, recognising and reporting change with a client appropriately

Qualifications & Requirements
* A passion for caring and supporting people to live their best lives
* Always respectful and polite while upholding professional boundaries of being friendly and not friends
* Current driver licence and your own insured vehicle – travel is a part of the role
* Completed a Certificate III in Aged, Community or Disability or are willing to obtain
* Covid-19 vaccinated
* Current NDIS Worker Screening / Yellow Card – or – Current National Police Check and be willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion
* Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations without taking them personally
