Overview
We are seeking an entry-level to intermediate Electrical BIM Modeller to join a growing building services consultancy in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major healthcare development along with a strong pipeline of data centre projects across WA.
You will work alongside highly regarded engineers and BIM professionals, delivering detailed electrical models and documentation on technically complex, large-scale projects. This role is well suited to someone looking to further develop their technical capability and grow within a supportive consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage detailed electrical BIM models using Revit
* Produce coordinated 3D models for power, lighting, earthing, communications, and associated systems
* Collaborate with mechanical, hydraulic and structural disciplines to ensure clash-free coordination
* Assist engineers with design documentation and drawing production
* Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to model reviews
About You
* 1–4+ years' experience as an Electrical Modeller within a building services environment
* Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
* Exposure to large-scale projects (healthcare or data centres highly regarded)
* Sound understanding of Australian Standards and local WA regulations
* Strong communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality documentation
