Cellarbrations Kenthurst is a locally loved liquor store known for our friendly service, curated wine selection, and commitment to community. We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our team and continue delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. As the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales, managing inventory, and leading a small team. Your love for wine and dedication to customer service will help create a welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors. This role is a full-time permanent position – you will be required to conduct the rostering, where there is flexibility around days and start times. Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service Manage stock levels, ordering, and merchandising Drive sales and meet store performance targets Maintain compliance with liquor licensing regulations Maintain compliance with Lotto regulations Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers Organise tastings and wine promotions to engage the local community You’re Likely a Match If
Previous experience in liquor retail or hospitality management A genuine passion for wine, beer, and spirits Robust leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative RSA certification (essential) What’s on offer
