Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Client Relationship Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at strategic accounts.
About the Role:
* Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at strategic accounts, create detailed account plans based on customer drivers, industry trends, and upcoming projects.
* Sales Growth & Opportunity Development: Identify and develop opportunities using the CRM opportunity pipeline and sales process, design and present tailored proposals that demonstrate clear commercial and technical value.
* Collaboration & Internal Engagement: Leverage cross-functional teams (engineering, customer service, technical experts) to meet customer needs, support customer onboarding with appropriate resources and team introductions.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Developing and Executing Strategic Account Plans: To grow business across a portfolio of key customers, through the development and execution of detailed account plans.
* Sales Growth & Opportunity Development: Identifying and developing high-value opportunities, using the CRM opportunity pipeline and sales process.
* Collaboration & Internal Engagement: Leveraging cross-functional teams to meet customer needs, and supporting customer onboarding with appropriate resources.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
* A commercially minded approach to driving sales growth across key accounts.
* The ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
* A proven track record of success in a similar role.
* A deep understanding of the oil and gas, chemical processing, mining, R&D, clean energy sectors.
* An engineering degree or trade qualification.
