You’ll be responsible for: Operate within the Senior Construction Delivery Team, aligning with leadership direction and guiding wider teams. Drive business priorities across construction delivery, digital innovation and responsible, sustainable practices. Deliver short-term programmes, coordinating subcontractors while owning safety, wellbeing and quality outcomes. Champion a strong Health, Safety and Wellbeing culture across all site activities. Build effective client and design relationships, ensuring quality assurance through to final sign-off. Apply technical standards, enable continuous improvement, and support delivery of net zero outcomes. You’ll need to have: Relevant construction qualification or equivalent, with recognised accreditation (e.g. CIOB). Proven experience managing large work packages within site-based roles. Strong knowledge of construction methods, HSE regulations and programme delivery. Effective communicator with digital awareness, MEP understanding and leadership capability.
