Senior Director Government Accommodation ProjectsFull-time Temporary Details: The Senior Director leads the Government Accommodation Projects function ensuring that iCBRs role as prescribed under Administrative Arrangements No. 1 (2024) is adhered to. The function provides a centralised role in long term strategic accommodation objectives of the Territory ensuring that financial and usage efficiencies are achieved in the Government leased office estate. The function provides professional strategic direction to iCBR Executive on a wide range of specialised property projects.Eligibility/Other Requirements:This position requires:Qualifications or relevant experience in Property, Business Management, Building Management, Procurement, Project Management, Commercial Real Estate or related areas are highly desirable.Note: This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only. This is a temporary position available for a period of up to six months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
