We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced** Key Account Manager** to provide leadership and operational management across multiple mining sites in Queensland. This dynamic role will challenge and reward you as you drive the performance of key contracts, exploring opportunities for business growth and profitability.
As a leader, you will champion our vision, developing a highly engaged, high-performing service delivery team. Your focus will be on creating exceptional customer experiences and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Your responsibilities will align with ISS Australia's strategic objectives, particularly around Customer Experience, Stakeholder Engagement, and People.
This is a **Fly-In-Fly-out position,** operating on** 5 days on, 2 days off roster.** If you're ready for a challenging yet exciting role, we want to hear from you!
**To be considered for this role, we are looking for self-motivated individuals who possess the following**:
- Approximately five years' experience in a senior leadership position. Preferably with multi-site management.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects that are strategic in nature.
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget.
- Demonstrated high level of financial acumen in meeting defined targets.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead a customer focused team, communicating a compelling vision, building culture and driving success.
- Strong leadership skills - proven ability to influence others to a considered course of action - effective communication skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to win the confidence of customers and other stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency and experience with MS Office suite and Work Order Management systems
- Critical strategic thinking ability as well as strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Demonstrated experience in managing workplace health & safety matters

**Minimum Criteria**:
- Proven experience managing mining camp/village operations or an extensive hospitality management background.
- Demonstrated motivated, inspirational and effective leadership skills.
- Ability to undertake regular travel to site as per FIFO roster.
- Demonstrated customer service ethic.
- Knowledge of health & safety requirements and delivery of strong safety culture outcomes
- Solutions focused - proven ability to adapt and maintain a flexible approach to changing needs or priorities.
- Organized - outcome and deadline oriented.
- Effective communication and consultation with broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
