Lead Retail Store Manager
This is an exceptional opportunity to be responsible for the overall performance of a retail store. You will have total accountability for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful events, and exceptional customer relationship management.

This role provides exposure to business planning, consumer insights, event management, customer relationship management, and front line marketing, offering a broad range of skills to progress further within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Proven retail management experience preferably within cosmetics
* Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
* Business planning experience including sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
* Retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
* Leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
* Creating and executing in-store events
* Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
* Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
