The Role Our products are industry‑leading and require no hard sell. Your role is to guide clients through a technically complex offering, ensuring a smooth and informed decision‑making process.

Based Full‑time In Our Melbourne Showroom, You Will

Consult with architects, builders, designers, and homeowners to simplify nuanced technical information.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design tailored lift solutions.

Guide clients through complex decisions without a hard sell.

Listen, assess, and recommend the right lift, intelligently determining possibilities and limitations.

Prepare detailed quotes with full administrative support, ensuring accuracy.

Negotiate confidently – this is sales at its best; you should enjoy it.

Manage inbound leads and proactively seek new opportunities.

Are You the Fit? Skills matter, but character is key. Clear communication and genuine connection with people are essential. You’re career‑driven, polished, commercially sharp, and take ownership of success, driving your own earnings and thriving with minimal supervision.

You Bring

Proven experience in sales or business development (construction, design, interiors, or other technical industries).

Ability to read and interpret plans or drawings (preferred).

A self‑motivated, “can do” attitude with minimal supervision.

Robust organisational and MS Office skills.

Current driver’s licence.
