Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services.
Be the go-to tech expert, staying up to date with the latest gadgets and services.
Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate closely with your team to create a welcoming environment that supports store goals.
Qualifications
Great communication skills and natural ability to connect with people.
Solution-oriented approach, thinking on the feet and tailoring solutions for each customer.
Sales drive and motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Passion for learning and eagerness to grow skills in a dynamic environment.
Resilience, positivity and can-do attitude, especially during busy periods.
Previous customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
Benefits & Compensation
Annual fixed remuneration:
A$64,****** per year (Junior rates for those under 20).
Penalty rates:
25% after 6 pm weekday, 25% on Saturday, 100% on Sunday, 150% on public holidays.
12% superannuation included.
Variable remuneration eligibility as per plan.
