We are seeking an experienced Head of Pricing to define and lead our regional pricing strategy, ensuring strong alignment with European pricing frameworks while maximizing margin and sustainable growth across categories, channels, and customers.
This is a highly visible leadership role, partnering closely with Commercial, Finance, and Category Management to turn data into decisive actions, standardise best-in-class pricing processes, and deliver against ambitious financial targets. You will build and lead a high-performing regional pricing team and play a key role in shaping commercial success across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
Own regional pricing strategy across categories, channels, and customers, including export pricing
Ensure pricing governance and discipline, aligned with European brand positioning, pricing corridors, and policies
Lead customer pricing and discount structures, including review and alignment of customer bonus agreements
Partner with Commercial and Category teams to optimize margins and unlock growth opportunities
Drive advanced pricing analytics, ensuring full transparency on margin performance by category, channel, and customer
Conduct strategic margin reviews and performance deep-dives with senior stakeholders
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market dynamics, translating insights into action
Evaluate in-market promotional effectiveness and embed best practices across the region
Build, lead, and develop a strong regional pricing team, setting clear priorities and accountability
Lead pricing process standardization, implementing best practices and advanced analytics locally
Collaborate with Finance to ensure robust budgets, forecasts, and delivery plans
Support and influence Commercial Business Reviews at channel and national account level
Track key pricing KPIs, ensure corrective actions, and maintain clear visibility for regional and European stakeholders
Monitor exchange rate impacts and ensure appropriate pricing responses
Skills and Experience
Proven experience leading pricing strategy and operations across a large region or multiple markets
Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, customer channels, and pricing levers
Strong analytical capability, with hands-on expertise in margin analysis, competitor benchmarking, and promotional effectiveness
Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional pricing strategies aligned to wider commercial and European priorities
Advanced proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools, with expert-level Excel skills (data modeling, macros)
A proven people leader with the ability to build, inspire, and develop high-performing pricing teams
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence at senior commercial and finance levels
