* Carefully open bottles and pour beverages professionally, enhancing the overall ambiance of the restaurant.
* Clear and reset tables between courses and after each service, ensuring seamless transitions for our guests.
* Respond promptly and courteously to customer requests and complaints, demonstrating a commitment to resolving issues and exceeding expectations.
* Accurately operate point-of-sale systems and process cash and card payments efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy and transparency.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of dining areas and equipment, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
* Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and provide enhancements as needed, fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere within the restaurant.
