About the Role
You'll be supporting our team and playing a key role in turning enquiries into happy customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Following up warm solar and battery leads via phone, email and SMS
* Scheduling appointments and managing follow-ups
* Updating and maintaining our HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate data and smooth workflows
* Assisting with sending proposals, contracts and basic admin tasks
* Updating calendar and communication channels so nothing is missed
Essential Skills:
* CRM software experience (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
* Strong phone and email communication skills
* Basic administrative and data entry abilities
* Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience Required:
* Minimum 1 year in sales support, lead generation or administrative roles
* Previous experience in renewable energy or construction industry preferred but not essential
Requirements:
* Australian citizenship, permanent residency or valid work visa
* Right to work in Australia without sponsorship
Qualifications:
* Year 12 completion or equivalent
* Certificate in Business Administration or Sales preferred
* Current driver's licence advantageous
Technical Skills:
* Comfortable learning new software systems quickly
* Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
* Basic understanding of solar energy concepts (training provided)
