About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships by providing advice and information on products and services.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Teller duties such as general enquiries, account opening/closing, deposits, withdrawals
* Floor walking and initiating quality conversations with customers to identify opportunities for both current and future business
* Inbound and outbound calling to maintain and build customer relationships
* Daily maintenance of the ATM and cash management - technical support, stationery orders
* A strong focus on compliance and regulatory requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably from the banking industry
* A commitment to working collaboratively as part of a team environment
* The willingness to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues
* Ability to take a personalized approach with every customer interaction
* A proactive attitude towards all aspects of your role
* Confidence in learning and using technical financial systems
