Main Responsibilities
* Predominantly responsible for case preparation, management, and advocacy in courts or before the Fair Work Commission.
* Providing expert legal advice and assistance to union members, organizers, and executives on industrial and employment law matters within the ACT region.
* Fostering collaborative relationships with regulatory authorities and engaging with counterparts from other branches and unions.
* Undertaking thorough research and drafting submissions on key issues affecting union members.
