About the Role
Perm PT role, located in Yamba - 4 days per week
Flexible days Sunday - Wednesday (must be available Sundays)
Commissions on home sales
We currently have an opportunity available for a Sales Administrator / Receptionist to join our Sales team at our new development site, Parkside located in Yamba.
This is a permanent part time role working up to 4 days per week.
Some flexibility in working days/hours may be considered in alignment with the Full-time Sales staff, but must be available on Sundays.
The role would suit someone with previous experience in a similar role who is wanting to get back into the workforce and will be based from either the Sales office at Yamba fair or the Display homes at Parkside.
This position is one of sales team support, client service and client relationship building.
Managing the sales office
Scheduling bookings for the Sales Manager
Conduct onsite inspections
Key Attributes to be Successful in the Role
Well presented
Local knowledge of the Yamba area
Good phone manner
Ability to understand the sales process and land lease living model
