**Job Title:** Disability Support Worker
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide support to individuals in their homes and the community, assisting them to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.
* This is a casual position that requires availability with short notice and willingness to perform sleepovers.
About the Role:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will work in a team environment, providing one-on-one and group support, and helping clients achieve their objectives. The role involves working flexibly, including varying shifts and adapting to changing support needs.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience working in disability support settings, either individually or in groups;
* Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and adaptability;
* A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes;
* Flexibility to work varying shifts and adjust to changing circumstances.
