As the trustee for the Fitzroy Crossing Trust, Leedal supports six local Indigenous corporations, ensuring responsible management of key community assets and businesses.
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
* Manage office supplies, inventory, and place orders as needed.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Assist with payroll processing and employee timesheets.
* Monitor office expenses and assist with budgeting.
* Ensure office equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
* Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks.
* Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
* Enforce office policies and maintain a professional work environment.
* Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing.
* Support management with administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications
* Minimum of two years of relevant working experience.
* Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle operational challenges.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
* Proficiency in office administration and record‐keeping.
Benefits
* A full-time contract for at least 3 years, extendable for further term.
* An annual salary of $75,000 - $80,000 (negotiable) + superannuation will be offered to the successful candidates with relevant qualification and experience.
