Customer Support Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to serve as a key point of contact for luxury brand vehicle owners. The successful candidate will actively listen to customer needs, document them in our case management system, and deliver exceptional service.


Main Responsibilities:

* Manage incoming and outgoing calls using contact center technology
* Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
* Prioritize concern resolution and customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM system


Key Skills and Qualifications:

* High School Certificate
* At least 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing role
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Detailed listening skills
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Effective time management and prioritization abilities
