As a pivotal member of our resort's leadership team, you will collaborate closely with food and beverage directors to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, improve profit margins, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Your focus will be on creating innovative beverage programs that differentiate us from the competition.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple bars across the resort, collaborating with department managers to oversee food and beverage operations, and developing training programs to elevate staff knowledge of wine and beverages.
You will also work closely with suppliers and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and contribute to the development of new beverage offerings.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years' experience in bar management, preferably within a multi-outlet or hotel environment.
A strong understanding of beverage operations, supervisory skills, and ability to work varied shifts are essential.
Additionally, excellent communication, presentation, and grooming standards are expected.
