Key Responsibilities:
1. Culture Development: Shape a customer-obsessed culture by coaching and guiding bankers and collaborating with stakeholders for improved customer outcomes.
2. Banker Development: Inspire, guide, and develop bankers to empower them to be market leaders.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Drive impact and build alignment by engaging and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Risk Management: Implement a dynamic risk management strategy and framework aligned with company policy.
5. Business Results: Take ownership of profit & loss performance and balance sheet management to drive impactful business results.
