**Job Description**:
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Workshop Area Manager **SA & WA** on a permanent full-time basis. This is a home-office role based out of South Australia. This role will require domestic travel and may require international travel.
**Position responsibilities will include**:
- Prospect Management for new Bosch workshop partners based on workshop target profiles.
- Value based sales pitch of the Bosch workshop concept offering.
- Driving the network expansion and sign-up of new shops.
- On-boarding of recruited Bosch workshops to achieve full compliance with our standards.
- Ensuring the implementation of the Bosch franchise concept, services, compliance standards within the network.
- Supporting the network attractiveness by conducting regional meetings, relationship building, information sharing and business consulting.
- Driving sales of Bosch & Network Partner Parts, Equipment and Workshop Services.
**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a conscientious qualified with the ability to work autonomously, grow the business and establish effective relationships with customers.
You should be able to demonstrate the following:
**Essential**
- Ability to sell, grow the business, and build relationships with customers and all stakeholders.
- Previous sales experience managing customer accounts.
- Ability and willingness to travel and engage in customer facing activities 80%+ of time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Self-motivation to learn and adapt.
- Current and valid driver’s license.
**Desirable**
- A relevant Tertiary qualification
- Experience with CRM and systems such as SAP
- Franchise industry experience is highly desirable.
- Sales experience in the Automotive / Automotive Aftermarket industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to prioritise based on division objectives and best return on time investment.
