The successful candidate will take ownership of the final stages of construction, ensuring every detail is completed to an exceptional standard. Key responsibilities include coordinating trades, managing defect rectification, and driving project timelines forward.
* Oversight of all finishing works on each individual dwelling as part of our commercial building project

About You:
We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar supervisory role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential construction finishing trades and regulations. Previous experience working on Over-55s projects would be highly regarded.
