We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Worker.
* This role involves building and maintaining positive relationships with the people you support, ensuring their needs are met and they receive exceptional care.
* You will be responsible for following established care plans, collaborating with relevant stakeholders, and responding to crisis situations in a professional and empathetic manner.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or other relevant field.
* A Hope & Healing Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
* Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
* A current NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
* Recent experience working in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support.
