Job title: Personal Carer (Onsite, Glen Eden, Part Time)
About the role
* Provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
* Travel to clients' homes as scheduled, assisting with daily activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing.
* Deliver care in accordance with each client's Individualised Care Plan.
* Support clients in community-based recreational and social activities.
* Transport and assist clients with shopping, appointments and other outings.
Role Requirements
* Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification – Essential
* Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential
* Roadworthy and insured vehicle to use for work – Essential
* Experience with technology such as smartphones, tablets and laptops.
* Confidence to comply with relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
