The primary purpose of this role is to plan, organise and undertake system and system integration testing onplex applications to ensure the release of a quality software product that meets business requirements, support Testing Services Manager and Service Manager in upward stakeholder management and day-to-day management of the QA and Test organisation.
You'll be responsible for
1. Develop Test Strategy, Plans, Test Estimates, Status Reporting, Test Readiness Reviews and Testpletion Report as appropriate.
2. Support and manage multiple Testing engagements in parallel while overseeing the execution of test scripts across projects or initiatives to ensure that they meet project timelines.
3. Coordinating off-shore team and on-shore team to deliver projects to time, cost and quality requirements.
4. Manage test data creation, test execution and analysis of test results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and /or customer requirements.
5. Ensure that tests are successfullypleted, test results are documented, and all defects are resolved.
6. Review test documentation produced by team members to ensure that it adheres to Allianz standards and practices and meets the requirements of the project.
7. Conduct Proof of Concepts on any new Test tools and solutions and subsequently present related business case.
8. Manage Risks and Issues associated with Testing engagements and input into test standards, practices and templates.
9. Effectively drive the implementation of test processes and methodologies across the team and support the Testing Services Manager in practice related activities, where applicable.
10. Plan and estimate for cloud migration of software applications and data from on-premises servers.
11. Monitor application performances, memory and CPU utilizations, batch runs for automated processes, outgoing emails to customers, SQLDML executions in production and impact to other applications.
12. Resolve tools integration issues like issues between ServiceNow and Jira/JMP integration.
13. Validate automation scripts for correctness andpleteness.
14. Design and develop reports for service operations.
15. Document and review root cause analysis along with preventative actions for high priority tickets.
About you
16. Extensive Testing and Test Management experience.
17. Significant knowledge of the project lifecycle and the SDLC Deliverables and how they relate to either Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
18. Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and managepeting resources and demands.
19. Ability to manage testing across multiple projects or initiatives to ensure that they meet project timelines.
20. Proven experience in managing 5-10 parallel streams of testing.
21. Pays high attention to detail bypleting tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and can quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
22. Ability to focus on end-oues and work accordingly to achieve the desired results.
23. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills, capable ofmunicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
24. Excellent analytical skills, reporting and problem-solving skills.
25. Extensive experience working with multiple vendors in a global delivery mode
