Senior Risk & Compliance Manager
About the Role
A dynamic and growing organisation is seeking a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to join its governance function during an exciting period of evolution and change. This role is central to strengthening risk and compliance capabilities across the business - ensuring the right frameworks are in place to support sustainable growth, commercial objectives, and its regulatory obligations.
The successful candidate will be hands-on in shaping the next phase of the company's compliance and risk landscape, with the opportunity to work closely with executive leaders and influence change at scale.
What You'll Do
* Lead the refresh and implementation of group-wide risk and compliance frameworks
* Review and improve existing policies, registers, controls, and reporting processes
* Act as the central point of contact for all incident and breach management matters
* Provide independent challenge and oversight across business units and functions
* Develop and deliver reporting for senior management and governance forums
* Stay on top of regulatory change and ensure obligations are translated into effective processes
* Contribute to a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in a risk, compliance, or governance role within a complex environment
* Strong technical knowledge of regulatory frameworks, standards, and risk methodologies
* Demonstrated ability to build, implement, and embed scalable frameworks
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence in stakeholder engagement at senior levels
* A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work independently
* Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or regulatory environments is advantageous
