We are looking for a super star retailer to manage our factory outlet taking this site to the next level. Provide excellent customer service and manage a team that provides a high level of work ethic and service. Create a good working environment with external and internal stake holders. Work in a manner that encourages safe work, food safety and environmental responsibility practices. Manage labour, planning, costs, safety and quality within their working areas. Key Responsibilities:
Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimise profitability Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Comply with regulatory and organisational quality, safety and environmental standards Essential Skills:
Previous experience in retail management or a similar leadership role Detailed knowledge of products for retail sale Leading skills and business orientation Good communication and interpersonal skills Money handling skills, basic mathematical skills A sound knowledge of all Baiada guidelines Robust organisational skills Important: Due to bio-security reasons, candidates are not permitted to have any form of pigs, poultry and/or birds at your place of residence.
