About the Role: As the Senior Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational readiness, delivering accredited emergency response training, managing emergency response assets, and supporting client operations onsite. Your leadership, organisation, and industry experience will ensure seamless service delivery across multiple high-impact projects. Strong operational knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency across teams and projects will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: Operational Support Coordinate day-to-day delivery of emergency response services, personnel deployment, and resource management Attend site visits to support onsite teams, provide operational guidance, and cover critical service needs Act as a key liaison between trainers, operational staff, and clients to maintain high service standards Assist in scoping and planning operational and training solutions for new and existing clients Training Delivery & Coordination Deliver and facilitate accredited training including Certificate III in Emergency Response and Rescue and other safety programs Collaborate with clients and internal teams to schedule training, assign trainers, and ensure compliance with RTO and industry standards Asset & Equipment Management Oversee emergency response equipment, vehicle readiness, PPE compliance, and training prop maintenance Manage servicing schedules, compliance certifications, asset registers, and procurement of operational equipment Leadership & Team Support Mentor and support trainers and operations staff, driving a high-performance, safety-focused culture Assist in onboarding new team members and lead by example in operational excellence and client service Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all operational activities meet WHS obligations, RTO compliance, and internal quality standards Prepare regular operational and management reports, assist with document creation and review, and liaise with client representatives Day-to-Day Duties Coordinate workforce scheduling, resource allocation, and project timelines Maintain site-readiness checklists, training schedules, and operational compliance documentation Attend sites for operational reviews, training delivery, and client engagement activities Work Environment & Flexibility This role involves a combination of office-based coordination, practical training delivery in high-risk environments, and offsite travel to client locations Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required to support client operational demands and training delivery schedules What We’re Looking For: Certificate III in Emergency Response and Rescue (essential) Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential) HR Driver’s Licence (essential) Minimum 5 years’ experience in emergency response operations Experience delivering accredited emergency response or safety-related training Strong leadership, mentoring, and project coordination skills High-level organisational and problem-solving skills High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally diverse environment Ready to drive operational excellence and make a difference with Parabellum International?
