You will manage irrigation, pest and disease control, climate, and plant management, whilst also ensuring safety compliance, contributing to the business strategy, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead weekly technical meetings and set clear priorities for each crop system and field.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Enabling collection and analysis of key technical data, providing timely reportsContributing to the broader business strategy and visionOverseeing the IPM strategy and rolling spray programsManaging irrigation and fertigation plans with the Irrigation ManagerEnsuring timely decisions on climate and tunnel management are communicated to the operations teamLeading the company’s Research & Development Program, including our dedicated trial sitesLeading interactions with external plant suppliers to ensure high-quality plant materialA detailed position description can be provided upon request.About YouTo excel in this role, you should possess highly developed communication and interpersonal expertise, with the ability to bring out the best in people and gain full team support.
