Leaders ITis seeking a Graduate Network Engineer to join our award-winning Capacity Uplift Program.
This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates or career-transitioning professionals to gain hands-on experience, receive industry-recognized training, and develop a strong foundation in networking and IT infrastructure.
About the role
As a Graduate Network Engineer, you will work closely with experienced engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to contribute to the design, deployment, and maintenance of technical engineering solutions.
This role provides structured training, mentorship, and practical experience to prepare you for a successful career in networking.
Responsibilities
Develop, write, and maintain technical engineering designs.
Collaborate with engineers and operations teams to gather technical information and support solution deployment.
Assist in implementing customer solutions with guidance and transition them to BAU (Business as Usual).
Participate in structured training, including:
Networking fundamentals (Networking 101)
Industry certifications (JNCIA Routing & Switching, Aruba Wireless, Security Firewall)
Network security, LAN/WAN, and data center networking concepts
Soft skill development for professional growth
Work openly and inclusively with others in a team environment.
Maintain a positive and proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
Skills and Experience
A recent graduate (or career-transitioning professional) with a keen interest in networking and IT infrastructure.
Strong willingness to learn and grow technical and professional skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Must hold a Baseline security clearance or be an Australian Citizen eligible to obtain Baseline clearance.
